Model of drone

Hi, I'm Adrien! Welcome to my portfolio.

Keep up with my work

I've been building my whole life

From building my first computer at eleven, to cobbling together fighting robots during the pandemic, I've always loved building new things. Today, I'm an undergraduate engineering student at Loyola University Maryland, majoring in mechanical engineering. While maintaining a high GPA and taking both engineering and liberal arts classes, I've also found time to continue building cool things, both in software and hardware. Some of my favorite projects are listed below.

Board Game Robot

July 2026 - Present

Ongoing
Rendering of robotic arm

A friend and I decided to have a contest, to see who could create the better Connect Four playing AI. I have since extended the project to have a robot arm physically play the game against a human opponent. This is an ongoing project that I am very excited about!

ACC Industries

February 2025 - Present

Ongoing
Adrien Speaking at Baltipreneurs

In my freshman year, two of my friends and I co-founded ACC Industries. We aim to address the problem of e-waste generated by EV batteries. We're building a battery pack built with recyclability and repairability in mind from the beginning. As CTO, I have been doing most of the engineering and technical work for the company. My co-founders have secured more than $60,000 in funding, and we have been gaining momentum. We aim to enter the market through the EV retrofitter industry, and then later expand. Currently, I'm creating a new CAD model of the MVP and working on an official website.

Glaucon Inc.

May 2025 - December 2025

Completed

In 2025, I developed my first PC game using Unity. It is the story of a corporate worker, with a seemingly boring work life. But there's more to his life than first meets the eye...

Hackathon Drone

March 2026

Completed
The drone deconstructed

My friends and I discovered a hardware hackathon a few weeks before it was set to happen. We decided to attempt to build an underwater drone to disable mines. With almost no time to prepare and numerous set backs (including being provided with regular drone motors instead of the waterproof ones we requested), we managed to get quite a bit done in the two days of the event.

FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics

September 2022 - March 2024

Completed
Our robot in my senior year

During my last two years of highschool, I had the opportunity to participate on a FIRST Tech Challenge team, team 13181 Free Wi-Fi. During my first year, I took the on the role of an assistant CAD designer for 3D printed parts. This year, our team made it to the world championship. In my last year, I took on the role of lead engineer, and designed the entire robot assembly in Solidworks before construction, including custom designed 3D printed components. This last year I was also on the drive team.
